Fujian Mao Feng es uno de los diez mejores tés verdes de China y es reconocido mundialmente; el nuestro es de una calidad increíblemente alta. Seleccionado cuidadosamente a gran altitud, este té es excepcionalmente rico en sabor y antioxidantes. Las hojas secas de este hermoso té son largas, rizadas y de color verde oscuro con hojas pálidas entremezcladas, son muy aromáticas. Este té Mao Feng produce una taza de color verde jade amarillo con un licor de té abundante, rico, dulce y de sabor suave. Es vegetal, mantecoso, con notas de castaña. Un pequeño consejo de infusiónEmpieza con 2 min y prueba; sube hasta 3 min para un sabor más pleno. Para una taza más fuerte, añade un poco más de té en lugar de dejarlo más tiempo.

Preparación:

Utilice 1 cucharada o 1 bolsa de té por cada 200ml de agua. Calentar el agua a 85°C y dejar reposar durante 2-3 min.

[EN] Brewing this with short highly concentrated steeps gong fu style has immense shock factor. The flavour is so much better than long western steeps. This is because there is a higher concentration of the sweeter compounds that are released in the first few seconds of a steep.

This company gladly refunded my stale batch, and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Fujian Mao Feng is my favourite tea ever. It tastes like cream soda, or vanilla and chocolate ice-cream. If you brew it just right, it hits you like hot Coco, without any bitterness, with that same sweet warmth in the throat on the exhale.

[EN] I always thought I didn't like green tea, but this is really good and I will definitely get it again. It has a kind of sweet flavor even though there is no sugar in it. It reminds me of tea I might have in a restaurant

[EN] One of my favorite tea's that is part of my weekly tea rotation. The flavor is super smooth, almost has a buttery/roasted taste, a bit hard to describe, but addicting and it's light. I drink it plain after lunch to help with digestion. I will be ordering this one again!

[EN] Tastes as described. Nice mellow and smooth. Buttery vegetal is spot on but the taste is much more appealing than that sounds. I had to use a lot more than i would from other teas to bring out the flavour. Must be a problem with the full leaf tea like this one.

[EN] Just received this blend along with others. Very smooth taste, not bitter, and actually a creamy taste when you sweeten slightly. Not that it needs it, but wanted to see how honey paired with this. Rich smell in package and it lingers while wet. Perfect for gongfu brewing

[EN] An amazing tea that has become a part of my everyday life. Quite a subtle taste but it lingers beautifully on the roof of your mouth. Slightly sweet, quite buttery and very tasty.

I use a pinch and brew at about 75c for around 2 minutes.

[EN] First steeping: 2 minutes at 175 degrees.
This Mao Feng is delightfully mellow with a buttery and delicate vegetal taste. I detect undertones of chestnut at the end of the sip, and as the cup cools there are notes of creamy water chestnut.

Second steeping: 3 minutes at 175 degrees.
The second steeping has deleveloped a lovely creaminess and has taken on more of a water chestnut undertone. There is a very slight vegetal tang at the end of the sip.
