[EN] Being a tea conossoir I can deffinitely say that This is an amazing tea. It is very smooth and calming to the tummy. I love the earthy smell and it reminds me of the times when my mum used to cook nettle and rice when we were kids. Drinking this tea just makes you feel good. And the service I got from TeaLyra was fantastic - quick delivery and thoughtful packaging, no unnecessary waste.

[EN] The taste is not the best but I can't say enough praises about this herb. since I started using it my hair is shiny and healthy, it also is a diuretic and naturally helps to clear bladder infections. I drink it a few times per week. My mother started drinking every day for a period of few months and her high blood pressure seems to have come down a little (from avg of 170/90 to 150/85). She is alternating drinking nettle leaf tea with tulsi, which is also known to aid with high blood pressure.

[EN] I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1995. my health has declined over the years with ongoing body pain.
I have used various teas over the years but nothing has helped like this one.I feel so much better, less pain, and more alert. I'm on board for this product.
So happy to have found this product, changed my life. I enjoy the taste as well.
